SPC stone floor technology:

Hai Phat SPC floor is made from super fine CaCO3 stone powder and virgin Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), extruded under high temperature and pressure to form panels. Normally, an SPC floor panel has a sturdy 5-layer structure including:

• UV layer: has the effect of preventing UV rays (ultraviolet) from sunlight, helping the floor surface to always be durable and shiny
• Anti-scratch layer: protects the surface and the color layer, anti-scratch, anti-slip
• Decorative layer: this is the layer that creates wood grain, stone grain, natural carpet grain, helping customers have more choices, increasing the aesthetics of all spaces and architectures
• SPC core layer: is the most important component. The core layer is made from environmentally friendly materials such as stone powder and virgin plastic pressed under high temperature and pressure to help the floor panel have good load-bearing capacity and high durability
• Lining layer: made from synthetic resin to help the floor panel be balanced, sturdy, and resistant to warping and shrinkage. In addition, the lining also has the effect of soundproofing, protecting the floor from moisture from the ground.
